GTC
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed via the online store, Facebook, Instagram and all other platforms. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Items in stock are usually shipped on the day the payment is received. If an item is not in stock, you will receive a written confirmation by email stating the expected delivery date. If the delivery date is not acceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order immediately. The buyer bears the risk for the shipment.
3. Prices and offers
Shipping costs are calculated separately. Prices, errors in product descriptions, images, availability and delivery times are subject to change.
Defects must be reported within five calendar days of receipt of the goods. All prices are non-binding guide prices that may be adjusted depending on market conditions, item condition and exchange rates.
4. Payment and shipping conditions
The prices quoted are in Swiss francs (CHF). The prices in the online shop are binding. In the event of price increases, the customer will be informed in advance and given the opportunity to withdraw from the purchase free of charge. The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. The shipping risk is always borne by the buyer.
5. Exchanges
Items may be returned within fifteen days if the customer does not like them. A quality check will define whether 100% of the purchase price will be refunded. Shipping and handling costs paid to receive an item will not be refunded. Shipping and handling costs to return an item have to be paid by the purchaser. This rule applies to all orders.
6. Advance payments
Please note that advance payments cannot be refunded. However, as a gesture of goodwill, a voucher for the amount of the advance payment can be issued.
7. Transfer of benefits and risks
As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, the benefits and risks are transferred to the buyer.
8. Data protection
The customer data collected in the context of an order is used exclusively for internal purposes and to process the order. It is only passed on to third parties if this is necessary to provide the service. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the storage and processing of their data. We assure you that no data will be passed on to uninvolved third parties.
9. Product quality
All items are made from recycled materials and therefore are not in perfect conditions.
10. Place of jurisdiction
The place of fulfilment and place of jurisdiction is Losone, Switzerland.
